Ordering
How are your products made?
Every item is made with premium materials and high-quality printing for vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't fade or crack.
What are your products like?
Our tees come in two styles — a lightweight, ring-spun cotton tee with a soft premium feel, and a durable preshrunk cotton tee built for everyday wear. Our hoodies are a cozy 50/50 cotton-poly blend with a front pouch pocket. Everything is unisex fit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible before your order enters processing. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but every order ships without pricing info — so it's gift-ready out of the box.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Chart button next to the size selector with exact measurements in inches. We recommend measuring a shirt or hoodie you already own and comparing.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. All our garments are unisex fit, so going up a size gives you a comfortable, relaxed look.
Will my shirt shrink?
Minimal shrinkage is possible with 100% cotton tees. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and they'll hold their shape well. Our hoodies are a cotton-poly blend and resist shrinkage very well.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days. All orders ship from the USA with tracking provided. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
All USA orders ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — 130+ countries including Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within a couple days, carriers sometimes take 1–2 days to scan the package.
Returns
What's your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement or full refund within 30 days. Just send us photos — no need to ship anything back. We can't accept returns for wrong size or change of mind, so please check the size chart before ordering.
I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange?
Unfortunately we can't offer exchanges for sizing. We strongly recommend checking the Size Chart on each product page before ordering — and when in doubt, size up.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

How does my purchase help rescue dogs?
Every item sold at DogMom.com helps feed homeless dogs. A portion of every purchase goes directly to rescue organizations. We've helped provide over 10,000 meals to shelter dogs — and your purchase adds to that number.
What is the Dog Mom Rescue Club?
A monthly subscription ($9/month) that feeds 10 homeless dogs every month. Add it at checkout or buy it directly from the store. Cancel anytime — no questions asked.
Product Care
How should I wash my items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design. Following these steps keeps your print looking sharp for a long time.
