We stand behind every item we sell. If something's wrong, we make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll fix it — free of charge:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Printing defects (faded, misaligned, cracked, or missing print)
  • Wrong item received

How to report an issue:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the issue
  • We'll respond within 1–2 business days
  • Choose a free replacement or full refund

You don't need to ship the item back. Just send us the photos and we'll take care of it.

What We Can't Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected — please check our Size Chart on each product page before ordering
  • Color differences due to monitor settings
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Wrong Size?

We get it — sizing can be tricky. A few tips:

  • Every product page has a Size Chart with exact measurements in inches
  • All garments are unisex fit — if you're between sizes, size up
  • Width is measured flat across the chest — double it for full circumference

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building office
  • Wait 1–2 business days — tracking sometimes updates early
  • Still missing? Contact us and we'll help resolve it

If you added Shipping Protection ($2.99) at checkout, lost and stolen packages are fully covered for a replacement.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't entered processing yet.
